At first glance, everything seems a little chaotic. But on closer inspection, there\u2019s a system that enables innovation in the first place.<\/p><ul data-start=\"1324\" data-end=\"1590\"><li data-start=\"1324\" data-end=\"1400\"><p data-start=\"1326\" data-end=\"1400\"><strong>Various space concepts:<\/strong> open space, private offices, and \u201cMaker Garages\u201d<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1401\" data-end=\"1446\"><p data-start=\"1403\" data-end=\"1446\"><strong>23 \u201cMaker Garages\u201d<\/strong> with high-end machines<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1447\" data-end=\"1508\"><p data-start=\"1449\" data-end=\"1508\"><strong>Flexible booking<\/strong> from day passes to monthly subscriptions<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1509\" data-end=\"1590\"><p data-start=\"1511\" data-end=\"1590\">A community shaped by <strong>workshops, accelerators, and spontaneous collaborations<\/strong><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1592\" data-end=\"1835\">And the success speaks for itself: MotionLab has established itself as a leading innovation and coworking hub for hardware start-ups in Berlin. They are currently even expanding to almost 17,000 m\u00b2 at Schindler Campus near <strong>Marienpark Berlin<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"1837\" data-end=\"2069\"><strong data-start=\"1837\" data-end=\"1852\">Conclusion:<\/strong> Admittedly, at first glance the space can seem a little chaotic.<br data-start=\"1917\" data-end=\"1920\" \/>But this extraordinary atmosphere apparently unleashes extraordinary creativity and innovation \u2013 something that strongly inspires our own concepts.<\/p><p data-start=\"2071\" data-end=\"2125\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/posts\/wolfgang-c-hohlfeld_innovation-motionlab-makerspace-activity-7355488456782790658-nmnK?utm_source=share&amp;utm_medium=member_desktop&amp;rcm=ACoAAFgr73EB4uwY32yX4b3wGDqaLxnvDa6G_6U\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">See for yourself what makes these spaces so special.<\/a><\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"2127\" data-end=\"2207\">Thanks for the tour, MotionLab.Berlin. An international group of <strong>Master\u2019s students from the \u201cSustainability and Smart Building Technology\u201d program at bbw<\/strong> Hochschule joined us for an exclusive tour of Marienpark Berlin.<\/p><p data-start=\"2621\" data-end=\"2819\">Organized by Prof. Dr. Christian Simanek, they explored how the historic former gasworks site is being transformed into an <strong>Innovation Campus<\/strong> with established c<strong>ompanies, start-ups, and think tanks.<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"2821\" data-end=\"3034\">The tour led through historic brick buildings, the planned HYBRICK projects, and campus facilities such as <strong>BrewDog Brewery<\/strong>, which already welcomes science-preneurs today and will continue to do so in the future.<\/p><p data-start=\"3036\" data-end=\"3261\">Many thanks again to Prof. Dr. Christian Simanek and the bbw University team for the visit.
