Next to our Launch Labs in the historic IM16 building, 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗲𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 are being created with:

→ separate units offering 144m² – 174m² of flexible space 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗯𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀

→ 𝗺𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶-𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺-𝗶𝗻-𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘀 creating space expansion of 117m² to a total of 647m²
