Moritz, Managing Director at HYBRICK, is responsible for the sectors Investment, Product Development and Finances. Previously, Moritz had been in charge of the underwriting at Investa Real Estate and gained industry experience amongst others at RFR and UBS Real Estate.
Wolfgang Hohlfeld

Wolfgang is Head of Business Development & Operations at HYBRICK, responsible for rental, sales, and operations. Previously, Wolfgang was involved in setting up the assembly operations department at Isar Aerospace, as well as working at Accenture in the Innovation Center in Garching, presenting their technology approaches to potential customers.
Dr. Felix Lorenz

Felix, Senior Associate at HYBRICK, is responsible for Product & Project Development and Letting. He studied and obtained his doctorate at the Institute for Real Estate Management at the University of Regensburg, parallelly gaining professional experience at RAM Invest and IZ Regensburg.
Lisa Massari
M.Sc. Real Estate
Lisa works at HYBRICK as an associate in the areas of Investment & Marketing. Prior to this role, Lisa accumulated vast experience at Investa Real Estate as well as in real estate consulting and real estate fund management during her studies.
Peter Forster

Peter, Managing Director at HYBRICK, provides more than 30 years of experience in the real estate industry and has held leading positions in companies like PATRIZIA Immobilien SE, Deka Immobilien, IVG Immobilien AG as well as Allianz Real Estate.
Rupprecht Rittweger

Rupprecht Rittweger, Advisory Board member at HYBRICK, is the Managing Partner of Investa Holding, founder of e-shelter GmbH (now part of the Global Data Centers division of NTT Ltd.), Managing Director of e-shelter security GmbH and Founding Partner of Anyon.
