Moritz, CEO at HYBRICK, is responsible for the sectors Investment, Product Development and Finances. Previously, Moritz had been in charge of the underwriting at Investa Real Estate and gained industry experience amongst others at RFR and UBS Real Estate.

Felix, Senior Associate at HYBRICK, is responsible for Product & Project Development and Letting. He studied and obtained his doctorate at the Institute for Real Estate Management at the University of Regensburg, parallelly gaining professional experience at RAM Invest and IZ Regensburg.

Lisa works at HYBRICK as an associate in the areas of Investment & Marketing. Prior to this role, Lisa accumulated vast experience at Investa Real Estate as well as in real estate consulting and real estate fund management during her studies.
